Shipping & Returns

We ship merchandise ordered on tigerlilyclothing.ca to all Canadian provinces and territories. We currently do not ship purchases internationally.

*Free standard ground on orders of $150.00 or more in Canada (in each case, after all discounts and promotions are applied). Minimum purchase amounts do not include taxes.  See table below for shipping details.

Tigerlily Clothing Return Policy

Online Purchases:

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the exchange or return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an original Tigerlily Clothing receipt/invoice or gift receipt. All merchandise must have all original packaging and components to be eligible for return or exchange.

Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. We do not accept returns of nightwear, underwear, custom-made or personalized items or sale/Clearance items.

Credit for your returned item(s) will be in the form of a store credit, we do not offer cash back at this time.  You should receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

All returns/exchanges of online orders, whether by mail or in store, must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.

We offer two options for returning/exchanging merchandise purchased online:

Option 1: By Mail

To return or exchange by mail, please email info@tigerlilyclothing.ca for authorization, once your request has been received and reviewed you will receive an email with instructions to process your return or exchange.

Option 2:  In store

In-Store Purchases:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will accept the item(s) for exchange or store credit within 7 days of the original purchase.

Merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be:

  • New, unused, unwashed and in good condition;
  • Inclusive of all original hangtags, packaging, and components at the time of return or exchange; and
  • Accompanied by an original receipt or gift receipt.

FINAL SALE: All personalized merchandise, nightwear, undergarments, and Clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
